Your body is willing to absorb and filter every nuances of sensations from the drive in your mind as well as the intense emotions in your heart.  Your body is in service to your every wants, needs, and desires in real time.  But your body also wishes to relay to you that some days, enough is enough....... "I need REST".

R.E.S.T. - - - Meditation for teams                               Stress to Sustainable Vitality

Our stress signals are there to help, not to hurt.  Once stress signals are recognized for their true purpose, there, lies the promise of vitality that launches healthy living successes beyond the mind's capacity to understand.  In this training, you will be trained to reconnect to the harmony in your life, nourish that harmony and reawaken the sustainable vitality that authentically belongs to you.

I will train you in the moving meditation form "Nourish Harmony".  This form is one of 19 forms from the ancient practice of "Sheng Zhen Meditation", a form of Qigong meditation.

In addition we will customize your personal nourish harmony plan of action with accountability.
